Orange Carrot Juice
- 3 large navel oranges
- 1 cup finely grated carrots
- sugar or honey (optional)
Extract the orange juice using a citrus juicer. Add the grated carrots and orange juice to a blender and blend to a puree. Strain the puree over a jug so that the juice runs clear of all pulp by pressing it with a ladle through a sieve. Add ice and allow it to melt a bit to dilute the juice. Serve chilled and enjoy!
